Vinification 釀造方式
The grapes were de-stemmed, cooled and macerated in the press during 4 to 6 hours at a
temperature of 8 ºC. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out with selected yeasts and
controlled temperatures between 10.5 and 11.5 ºC.
葡萄去梗、降溫,並在攝氏8 度環境中浸泡4 到6 小時。
以精選酵母在攝氏10.5 到11.5 度進行酒精發酵。

Colour: greenish pail yellow, very young, clean and brilliant.

Aroma: high aromatic personality, where fresh tropical and exotic fruits combine with
freshly cut grass and subtle notes of citric fruits, lime, pear and maracuya.
香味:香氣濃郁,洋溢著熱帶水果的甜香,併著些許的青草以及柑橘香氣
Palate: this wine stands out for its freshness and vivacity. It knots together vegetable and
fruity flavours, with a good and at the same time balanced acidity. It is also mineral, with
a good volume and persistent finish.
風味:結合清新草香與新鮮水果的口感, 酸度均衡,帶有經典的礦物特質,
餘韻悠長 !
